Admin and Customer Services Officer

REAIE has an opportunity to appoint a part time Admin and Customer Service Officer.

Role Description

To provide effective administrative and customer service support to the organisation and its membership. The role will include supporting the Business and Office Managers to ensure smooth operations of the organisation and support the implementation of the Strategic Business Plan and Marketing and Communications Strategy.

Key responsibilities will include: reception and telephone duties, directing and responding to enquiries, problem solving, organising membership resources and supporting the planning, booking and facilitation of professional learning events.

We are a small team and this is a critical role to support the successful day to day operations of the organisation. The successful candidate will be based in the REAIE office and will report to the REAIE Office Manager. Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Qualification in admin or marketing type role preferred but not essential
  • Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp and Survey Monkey.
  • Experience of data entry and manipulating databases and websites
  • Ability to apply knowledge in a practical commercial manner
  • Excellent time management skills
