Established in 1974, Schools of Early Learning (SOEL) is a family-owned and operated business offering high quality early childhood education and care for children aged six months to six years for families in the western suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. In addition to providing Centre-based Child Care, SOEL is a candidate IB World School offering the Primary Years Programme with a focus on the Early Years. Through collaboration, we aim to build partnerships with families and the community to create opportunities in which children are listened to, respected, mentored and challenged, so that they can be local, national, international and global citizens. We believe that our children are strong, capable and resilient researchers, exploring themselves and their environment, and that the role of our educators is to be nurturing and caring collaborators and co-researchers, providing a safe environment for the exploration of children’s knowledge, concepts and skills.
