In a year of organisational pivots, unprecedented change and continuous policy shifts the role of leading ethically has emerged as a central feature of effective organisations.
Early childhood education is no different. Catharine Hydon will reflect on the year that was, the continued trials of our times and how they challenge us to pay attention to transformational ethics as a way of leading into the future.
