Join us for an evening meeting with guest speakers Jane Castle and Sue Hayes from Hobart City Council.
Jane Castle and Sue Hayes will share plans for “Hobart Current”, a major biennial initiative that nurtures and showcases contemporary local artists. The theme in 2020 is liberty.
With a strong emphasis on community engagement, the Hobart Current team are keen to ensure that children (within and beyond the Hobart Council area), are actively represented and made visible as part of the program.
All REAIE members and non-members welcome! Attendance is free, for catering purposes registration is essential. Tea, coffee and light refreshments included.
2020 will also mark 100 years since the birth of Reggio Emilia’s Loris Malaguzzi. This offers a perfect opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the Tasmanian REsearch Network over many years, including recent projects and events, and to think about how we want the network to look and be as we move forward.
Come along to hear our ideas for professional learning in 2020 and discuss plans for a special event which celebrates the thinking and legacy of Loris Malaguzzi.
