    Either Section 2 or 3 if obtaining permission for publication of children’s images, conversations or artwork.

    Where parental permission has not been previously obtained from the educational centre for the use of material in a journal and/or website outside of the educational centre, then section 2 should be completed.

    Where parental permission has been previously obtained from the educational centre for the use of material outside of the educational centre in a journal and/or website, then section 3 should be completed.

  • Teacher’s declaration I acknowledge that permission has been obtained from the relevant governing authorities (e.g. school, preschool committee, university) for use of this material by REAIE in the journal and/ or website. I also acknowledge that parental permission for the use of material that includes the child has been given for publication outside of the educational centre.
