The Welcome Reception will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, in the Exhibition Hall (F/G) from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. The Welcome Reception is included in your registration.

If you are registering online via the registration link, a credit card is required. However, if you wish to pay via bank transfer/invoice, you will need to contact All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com. Please note a $19.80 manual registration/invoicing fee will be incurred. The invoice will be emailed to the email address used on your registration form. If you are registering multiple participants, it will be sent to the first participant listed.

The Welcome Reception will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, in the Exhibition Hall (F/G) from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. The Welcome Reception is included in your registration.

The registration desk will be located in Foyer G near the Adelaide Convention Centre’s Main Entrance and will open during the following times:
Thursday, 3 July – 7.00am – 7.30pm
Friday, 4 July – 7.30am – 5.00pm
Saturday, 5 July – 8.00am – 5.00pm
Please watch your emails in the days leading up to the conference start for instructions as to how to download the Conference App.
When downloading the REAIE Conference App, please ensure you select ‘allow notifications’, to enable receipt of all real time updates and alerts.
Features of the app include:
- Connect and engage with other delegates via the Meeting Hub,
- View the conference program and create your own personalised program,
- Participate in live Q&A
- Connect with the sponsors, exhibitors and speakers and access their brochures, and information
View information about the conference venue and social events.
Wi-Fi is available for delegates throughout the Conference. To connect please select the ACC Free Wi-Fi and agree to their terms of use.
Delegate lanyards need to be worn at all times during the conference to identify registered delegates, this includes social functions to gain access.
Catering includes arrival tea/coffee, morning tea and lunch, served within the Exhibition Hall.
Food will be specially prepared for you if you have advised of a special dietary requirement. Please identify yourself to the ACC staff in the catering area for assistance. Should you have any special requirements please contact us at conference@aomevents.com.
There is no pre-registration for the concurrent sessions. Session locations can be found in the program on the REAIE website and in the Conference App. Places will be allocated on arrival at the sessions.
