Ordering information


As a member of REAIE, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. REAIE Inc. and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Resource orders


Postage is calculated automatically at the time of checkout, based on the weight of your items and your shipping location within Australia. Postage rates are based on the standard Parcel Post and Express Post services of Australia Post. Costs include postage and handling.

Orders are shipped from the REAIE office in Hawthorn (VIC) and can only be posted to an address or PO box within Australia. For orders outside Australia, please contact a distributor in your region.


Payment may be made using credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Payment is required for an order to be shipped. Customers may request an invoice and payment must be made to the Reggio Emilia Australia Information Exchange (REAIE) within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Local pickup is available from the REAIE office in Hawthorn (VIC) during opening hours (please call ahead to confirm).


Orders are processed at the REAIE office in Hawthorn, VIC. Where all items are in stock, and payment has been received, orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of the order. Orders are shipped using Australia Post with delivery tracking.


Resources are supplied by REAIE on a sale basis only, not on approval. Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind by the customer.

In the event of an incorrect delivery, damaged or faulty goods, the customer must notify REAIE as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. Returns will be accepted and refunds given for damaged goods or incorrect deliveries. Damaged goods must be claimed on receipt of goods or within 14 days of date of invoice.

REAIE is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please note we are unable to refund the initial postage and handling fee except in the case where the item is damaged, faulty or has been delivered incorrectly.


There is no postage charge for sending an item on backorder.


Privacy Policy

REAIE collects the names, addresses, and email addresses of our customers in order to ship resource orders and to notify customers periodically by email of products and services offered by REAIE. Customer information will not be sold, leased, exchanged or given away to any other party.
