Mosaic of Marks, Words, Material

This catalogue presents the exhibition shown at the Loris Malaguzzi Centre in 2014, a collection of works by young girls and boys who attend the municipal infant- toddler centres and preschools of Reggio Emilia.

The aim of the investigation was to try, as much as possible, to gain a better understanding of the poetic interweaving between children’s drawings and words, in order to restore to drawing, to the instruments and materials, to words and to the children, the cognitive and expressive richness they generate.
