The Ballarat REAIE Network and Discussion Group provides an opportunity for current and emerging educators and leaders in Ballarat to:
- use conversations as a context for learning.
- increase appreciation and understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
- reflect on practice and increase professional capacity.
- share points of view and consider alternative perspectives, discourses and pedagogies.
- embrace uncertainty and complexity.
- think about, wonder, discuss, research and implement desirable ideas and visions for our work with preschool aged children.
