In this 3 day workshop, Tiziana will focus on the structures, values and processes of pedagogical leadership drawing on her experience working with the infant-toddler centres, pre-schools and primary school in Reggio Emilia across many years.
This event is suitable for pedagogical coordinators who have a deep interest in developing and supporting teams of teachers working with the ideas of Reggio Emilia. It is appropriate for individuals and leadership teams who are experienced with the ideas of Reggio Emilia.
Participants must commit to the full 3 days.
Due to the responsive nature of this experience, it is suited to a smaller group of educators and numbers will be limited (maximum 36). Participation in this workshop will be by written application to a selection panel.

Tiziana Filippini is a pedagogista and collaborator with Reggio Children, Italy. She has a degree in psychology from Padova University and worked as pedagogista from 1978 to 2015 as a member of the Pedagogical Coordinating Team of the Istituzione – Preschools and Infant Toddler Centres of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia. In particular, Tiziana was the long-standing pedagogista of the famous Diana Preschool, which came to the world’s attention when it was featured by Newsweek in 1991 as one of the 10 best schools in the world.
